Absolutely loved my stay at the Paradox, the staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to provide the most incredible customer service experience possible. The location of the property itself being on the quieter end of the financial district made traveling through downtown Vancouver on foot an absolute breeze. Absolutely will be staying here again, 5 stars for the property and the staff!

Paradox is the hotel that goes over and above. I cant stress enough about how amazing my stay was with them. It was my also my birthday and I was surprised with a beautiful little birthday treat at the door! Sweetest service. The hotel comes with a nightclub, lounge and restaurant. You dont even need to leave to have fabulous night! My go-to hotel when booking downtown. Thank you again Paradox for such a memorable weekend.

The hotel is beautiful, well taken care of with a real attention to the details. The staff were attentive and considerate. The facilities (pool, hot tub, spa) are top-notch. Love that everything (lighting, drapes, heat) can be controlled by the iPad and the heated bathroom floors are fun touch. Overall this was an incredible hotel experience and I cannot wait to go back.

Being situated in the heart of downtown, everything is close by. The room is spacious and staff are very pleasant. However, there is definitely a room for improvement. The coffee maker in our room isn’t working and the bathroom light flickers.
