Overall it was a nice place to stay. Staff were very nice, building and decor were upscale. The pool being in the middle of a nightclub was an odd choice, but otherwise it a good experience.

The service was excellent and the room service food was delicious! They went above and beyond to help up us with our room and luggage. The room was beautiful with a great view of the ocean, which was walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Entrance for the hotel is on the back of the property and only has Valet parking which was fine for us as we were there to walk around Vancouver. This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were great, room was very large. The A/C didn't work properly and even after 20 hours had only come down 2 degrees so it made it difficult to sleep. Maintenance attempted to fix it by changing the filters which made a small improvement and left dust on the floor. A couple hours later we requested housekeeping to come as they didn't show up after maintenance said they were on their way. The beds were comfy although one of them squeaked every time you moved. It would be nice for them to add USB or outlets close to the beds for charging devices. I would stay here again.

Great Property with Even Greater Staff

This is a great property! It was our second time staying here and the property and their staff do not disappoint. The rooms are modern and beautifully appointed. Saksham, who checked us in, was able to accommodate an earlier check in and also put us in a room with a water view. He was so great at check in, I decided to change a future booking in Vancouver to The Paradox. They treat their guests so well, they truly earned more of my business.
