Stayed for one night. Satisfactory for everything. A complimentary breakfast was offered. The staff was helpful. Just one thing was related to the shuttle service. We made reservation at the check-in. But it seems lack of internal communication. The shuttle did not show up as scheduled. The driver said he was unaware of our reservation. He came to the hotel earlier and would have waited there for us, had he know our reservation in advance. Fortunately, our flight was delayed. So, we didn’t miss anything.

Property was ok, the room was nice but on the small side, bathroom was good also. But service was very bad. I got a 4am alarm call without me requesting it! totally spoilt my sleep. Breakfast was terrible, the same each day, basic, cheap & nasty, very small space designated for the breakfast area, felt like a bunch of cattle being crammed into a small space. Nobody was really friendly in the hotel or interested in providing a really good, friendly, smiling service, the staff were ALWAYS glued onto their phones & more interested in their phones than their customers, terrible! I asked for a iron that was good to use as the one in my room had a dirt surface, I asked for this at 11am before i left the hotel & was promised it would be in my hotel when i return in the evening, it was NOT! then i had to ask for another, then the one bought up to me was worse than the one i already had in my room. Overall, a very bad experience, would never stay there again, never!

Had a great stay. Area felt safe, hotel staff were very helpful, rooms were nice and comfortable, and the airport shuttle was very appreciated! The daily breakfast was great, it would be nice if there was a little more variety, not at all complaining, just a thought yknow. The hotel is also very close to the mall and transit into the city. Would absolutely stay here again on my next visit
