Airport shuttle was great & prompt - hotel was old but clean. Not too many eating options around but meal was great. Breakfast was to go so not sure what breakfast in dining room would have been like. Happy with staff efficiency - would stay overnight again 😬

Five stars! (but not a five star hotel) This is not a high end hotel but it is very affordable and near the airport.For the kind of hotel it is and what I paid it was great. Staff was very nice and the hotel was generally clean. It’s close to the Canada Line to get into the city. Across the street from a Costco. Basic breakfast items were included.

Outstanding staff, a quiet and comfy place to rest on a busy Vancouver itinerary. Easy SkyTrain access, Costco across the street, and included breakfast and airport shuttle make it worth coming back to!

Our check in to the first room was ahead of schedule but the room reeked of moth balls and there was hair all over the sheets and bathroom. They allowed us to switch rooms and the second room was much better. The entire facility was dated and in need of repair. I was surprised by the condition of the hotel for the rate we paid. The biggest plus was it’s proximity to public transit.

Great location and shuttle service was nice. Our rooms bathroom was dirty had not been cleaned at all. There was hair everywhere and a dirty washcloth in the shower still.

I’ve stayed in worse hotels but for $260?….no!!! The AC is sooo loud, that even when I shut mine off, the one in the room above me kept me up all night. Nasty carpet, hard mattress, cold breakfast. Again, I’ve had to stay in worse, but usually when I’m paying under $100.

Overpriced for what it is

We found the hotel to be very overpriced for what it delivered. In general, the building is pretty dated and could use a renovation. There were some hairs on the bathroom floor, the room was freezing when we arrived and even though we turned off the air conditioner, it took hours until the room was warm enough that we weren't shivering. The airport shuttle was very confusing, as it does not have the name of the hotel but rather another hotel and it was not clearly communicated. We had to wait almost 40 minutes at the airport until the shuttle arrived. With so many different options in the area, I wouldn't likely choose this one again.

The location is convenient, but the facilities are quite old. The room was clean, but the furniture and decor need renovation. The breakfast was disappointing: low quality and lacking in flavor. I expected something better given the price of the stay. The staff was friendly and nice but overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. We had to walk in the morning to find a decent place to eat breakfast.

The place is really good and worth. But I personally think the front desk staff need to be taught how to conversate with customers. At first, the night staff rudely mentioned to me that this is not a 5 star hotel. This is 3 star so the housekeeping wont answer your call at night. Later in the afternoon, the front desk guy when asked that I will check out at 12 PM was rude in their reply! And turns out it was the supervisor I conversated with at the front desk!
