Location was great. Walking distance to bus stops and skytrain. Close to airport. Dont ask front desk for transit directions though. They werent the greatest with that. Housekeeping staff were amazing!! Very friendly. I’d go back just for them. Overall I would stay there again. Microwave and fridge in the room, enclosed rooftop gym with great views of the marina.

Overnight Stay

Upscale accommodation close to the airport. The free shuttle is a great bonus. Beautiful, high end, clean, comfortable and updated rooms. The restaurant by the hotel has very limited choices, slow and not so friendly staff. Not a lot of close restaurant around the area.

Everything was great! The only complain is that you can hear absolutely every noise outside. Not good for people that wants to have a good night rest, and that’s practically every guest.

Choose the hotel for proximity to airport. Was able to wak to transit to get to downtown, which was a nice bonus. Staff provided great directions. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The guest services menu from the QR code in the room had a lot of inaccuracies. For example the shuttle information was not accurate The restaurant was woefully understaffed for the amount of guests they were required to serve making for very slow service in spite of their best efforts. The staff did an outstanding job in difficult conditions
