There was a gentleman on reception last night 21st about 7pm… he was quite rude, otherwise the stay was great. The guys doing our luggage were awesome and morning reception team were great as well !

The Hotel was clean, modern and had a fridge and microwave, didn’t have a kettle but when requested I received it within minutes. The bed was large and comfortable and the room had a view (requested) of the harbour. It was a 12-15 minute walk to the nearest metro station, the walk itself was across a motorway so reluctant to do this at night time but during the day was fine. There is an outlet centre for shopping not far away, about 10$ for an Uber. The cleaning staff and the concierge (Cameron) were very helpful and pleasant. The only let down was on check out I was not asked if I enjoyed my stay or how was the stay. I would have thought this was standard procedure. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall we enjoyed it, and while we liked our stay, it's remote and somewhat bare-bones. It's a 15-minute walk to the closest Skytrain Station, and there is sometimes a bus to get you there, but often not. The staff was lovely and helpful, the facilities were clean, up-to date and comfortable. It's a great Airport hotel.

Overall, the staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. However, there was one staff member who came across as snappy and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. It was a noticeable contrast to the otherwise excellent service provided by the rest of the team.

Room was superb with fantastic views of the harbour. Plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets locally too. If you book SIXT for rental cars they are onsite at the hotel which was super convenient. Make sure you are aware of where they collect you from at the airport. I didn’t and paid $35 for a cab. My error.

The check-in lady at the front desk on the second time we returned check in August 3 early morning was a little unfriendly and Stern. Otherwise the rest of the staff is fine. Her name was Amisha or something similar.
