A nice hotel and conveniently located at the airport. However the signage to get there is lacking at the airport, I realise this is not a hotel issue but an airport issue, but it still seems a bit weird! The hotel itself was okay and the staff friendly enough. The rooms are a little dated and need a bit of a refresh. The AC is incredibly noisy and couldn't be left on. We didn't report, so perhaps it was a unique experience for this room, but it did seem that it was a system issue. The room has a fridge in it, that you can't use as it is full of hotel drinks and if you remove any you get charged straight away (I think there is a 10 second grace period). We did mention this and to their credit they did bring another small fridge to our room to use (so we could store our medicine) without charge. Check out was easy, but they did hold the room fee (on top of the room charge) as a deposit for over 10 days which was over $500CAD until release. Overall, an okay hotel, but not a "must stay"....

Staff and amenities were fabulous. Staying at the Fairmont prior to travel is the easiest. Room was clean, but mattress was too soft. Wished we upgraded to the gold floor to see if that made a difference but one night was pricey as it was.

One of the best airport hotels in Canada. The restaurant however, is a short menu and sub par food. Great drinks and entertainment, but not a fairmont property restaurant. You’ll want to uber somewhere for a meal if you have time.
