I loved the hotel because it had a swimming pool,water slide,casino I didnt like the bed,was not comfortable,i didnt like waiting over 1 hour for me to go up the elevator due to fire alarm

Reception staff attitude was haughty and imperious bordering on belligerent. We had to ask for the Manager to try to solve a problem, and the Manager displayed the same bad attitude toward us, claiming they were trying to work toward a solution while sticking it to us the whole time. We should have cancelled our booking and gone elsewhere. The room was overpriced and dirty. The room was outdated and furtiture was damaged, chipped wood furniture. No hooks in bathroom for bathrobes, stains on couches $420.00 a night for a dump, with snotty attitudes at checkin. Go somewhere else. Try motel 6!

I have stayed at the property several times for work and this time for my daughter’s soccer. Check in was so slow and parking instructions very unclear. I had parked and was told to go back to park on P3. Made for a longer check in than necessary and didn’t get into our room until 10 pm this missing the swimming pool. You pay $20 or so resort fee so didn’t feel I hit my money’s worth on it

Just ok, they were kind enough to upgrade us to a two bedroom suite at check-in but the building was older, rooms very outdated, and they only had one working elevator. The west parking garage was old and dirty, and seemed to have open access to the public without any security. We did stay at a casino but I thought it would be well kept. It was just ok.

The line at reception moved very slowly then we discovered another check in at the other half of the hotel across the road. Staff was kind and imparted lots of info just took a long time.

Nice room. Very reasonable rates. Casino is lacking live craps but has a stadium game that does the trick. Located at a Sky Train station that was super convenient to access the airport, waterfront and all points in between.
