Whilst the area around the hotel was fantastic; easy walk to the train station and close by to the airport, my room was not cleaned thoroughly and had a terrible smell. Despite requesting a room change, this was not given. The shower was also broken and despite bro g told it would be fixed during my stay, it wasn’t. I had 3 rooms booked and the other two rooms were fine. I was just unlucky.

I have a few big luggage. The staff seemed didn’t care. No one offered any assistance to my room. The room is out of maintenance in general, and AC is still not on and room is quite hot at night.

Took a chance booking online site unseen. Was pleasantly surprised. Room and Facility were immaculate. Took their free shuttle to the airport. Stayed just one night between a cruise & my flight home. Would stay here again if I travel to Vancouver again.

Stayed 2 nights in the Provincial Suites, May 3-6 Likes: The room was spacious for us (4 adults). Parking was convenient. Location is convenient, close to major roads and highway in Richmond. Value is good. Night housekeeping staff Joel was very attentive and helpful. We especially enjoyed the small pool, water slide and hot pool! Dislikes: Reception: staff was unfriendly and terse. Room condition poor: shower rail damaged, toilet paper holder damaged. Poor communication between front desk and room cleaning service. I purchased late check out but the room cleaning staff was unaware the following morning. Room was unprepared at check-in for 4 adults. We had to asked for more coffee, tea, shampoo & towels. Lobby coffee kiosk was either closed or operated on very limited hours.

I booked the hotel without knowing it was under renovation. The room AC does not work, and workers are working on replacing other rooms' beds and furniture. We planned to stay in that hotel to get some short rest ,but instead we did not enjoy the stay due to the inconvenience. The hotel management should close the bldg section that is under renovation so the tourists can enjoy this beautiful hotel.

Loved this hotel. My husband and I stopped in for one night while hopping a cruise to Alaska. Got the shuttle from the airport and it was awesome, very nice fellow, and very easy! Check-in was a breeze with a very kind man named Ahmed. The room was comfortable and spacious with a good bed. I recommend this hotel.
