The staff that handled our check in was rude. The hotel itself is in need of major renovations. It is dirty and lacks essentials that travellers may need. It did not have enough blankets or pillows. There was not even a glass if you needed a drink of water. The tap in the bathroom sprayed all over you when you were washing your hands. The carpet was very stained and filthy.
