Room was filthy when we arrived, had to go to another room, that room was marginally better but themostat didn't work, staff fixed but was inconvenient. issue with cleaniness overall.

Small rooms, no frills, close to fast food. This is convenient place to stay for extended airport layovers. A sleep, shower, shave type of place. 24hr A&W and tim hortons basically accross the street. Bus stop right outside but long walk to train station. Maybe will stay again becuase of the price, but I will look arround before i book again.

There was a $10 parking fee for vehicles. The furniture, was dated, and worn out (arm chair had seem better days). Bed was decent. Overall, it was satisfactory given the cost. Not amazing but not terrible, somewhere in-between. Great for one night stop.

The location is great, this was a business trip so getting to customers in the \Vancover area is good. Expedia should let people know there is $10.00 parking fee per night. The property and rooms need a face lift and the WiFi is so slow I had to use my hotspot.

The first room smelt like an ash tray and the second room given the mini fridge was so loud humming sounding like it was going to explode. There was no way to unplug it as all the plugs were behind the unit and i was to tired (at this point it was not 1230) I just laid there until 530 when i had to get up for my flight.
