I paid $193 per night for a room with a noisy, malfunctioning shower and a bed that kept slipping off its base. Additionally, there were no wine glasses provided for us to enjoy the complimentary bottle. The walls were not soundproof; we could hear noise from neighboring rooms, people walking and talking in the hallway, and even the rubbish truck at 4 am.

This room was smaller than anticipated and not worth the price paid. It was not soundproof and the hallways felt dark and cramped. Would not recommend staying here during a big event, as we also could not park as advertised and this was not communicated at all until we couldnt get into the parking complex. Overall pretty disappointed ☹️
