The hotel was last refurbished in 2016, we do appreciate that the style and decor might not meet everyone's preference or expectations. We are currently trialling a new air-con unit that is modern, efficient and quiet - we just need a little more time to ensure that it is actually fit for purpose for our rooms. car parking is a big challenge as a result of the style of building and our location. Really pleased to read that you enjoyed breakfast in the Portlander Restaurant. Sorry the check-in process was a little slow, however great to see that overall service from out team was really good.
