Kia ora, I am sorry that you looked out at our neighbouring building, who are currently carrying out a refurbishment. It is challenging being in CBD location with buildings close by, and when they decide to carry out work it is out of our control. We are working on a future refurbishment plan for our rooms, part of this includes removing the opaque glass wall and replacing with a standard wall. Kia ora, Really nice to see that you enjoyed our convenient location. However I am sorry to read that the AC in your room was noisy and clunky. We are currently trialling a new AC unit that is more modern, efficient and quiet - we just need a few months to ensure that it’s fit for purpose, before starting on a replacement program. Kia ora, I’m really sorry to see that we delivered a poor stay experience, it is very disappointing that we let both you and ourselves down. It is very strange to read your feedback about our chief concierge, as he was on leave when you stayed with us, that said we will look into who that might have been. We do not place cooking utensils in our rooms, as we do not sell the hotel as an apartment style hotel. However, as noted on the cook top and in the compendium, we are very happy to deliver cooking utensils on request.
