Great for walking around. No parking available so we were sent to nearby parking building. Bit stressful after long drive from Napier.

To be honest we were a bit disappointed with our choice of hotel. Staff at check-in did not offer any assistance at all while we were juggling lack of parking, small children & a lot of luggage. In room dining options were extremely limited & the tray we left outside our room mid evening was still there the next morning. Check out staff showed no interest at all in how our stay had been- not really what we would expect from a hotel such as this.
