The room was clean and ready. The staff is very responsive and helpful! The breakfast was decent. The hotel is just 5-10 mins walk from main view point for the matterhorn and the main part of the city, including the train station. The room had all the basic amenities and was great for a night.

We stayed in room #23 which was much larger than expected and included a balcony overlooking a grassy back yard sitting area with a mountain view. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt with fruit and several cold cereals. On sight washer and dryer was very useful. Reception area had a large sitting room that was very homey. The place was very well cared for.

Great central location and good breakfast!

This hotel was in a great location and the room was very nice. It was a little hot with no A/C, but other than that, no complaints. The breakfast was very good.
