This hotel was right in the center of the village and was so perfect for our stay. Our room had a large balcony with views of the Matterhorn. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Great place

Great room, nice balcony. Good tradition of price room and not too far from the train station since you have to walk everywhere in zermatt. Everything is a great view Breakfast was pretty light but good. Most mornings we choose to go across the street to the bakery

A Pleasant Stay in Zermatt

We really enjoyed wandering around Zermatt and this hotel was nicely located for that. It was easy walking distance from the train station and close to a lot of restaurants. It is a long walk from the cable car to the ski hill. Breakfast was included. There wasnā€™t a lot on offer but what was there was good. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Lastly, I am not sure how anyone with an accessibility issue would get to the elevator unless there is a back entrance. There were steps to the lobby and the elevator.

Great location

Great location right in the middle of everything. Our room was big and spacious with a giant balcony that wraps around, however it does go to other rooms so make sure to keep your balcony door locked! The views are great and customer service was very nice. Great breakfast included.

A quiet comfortable room with great views of the Matterhorn. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. The only improvement we would suggest is to have a fridge in the room. You are right in the centre of town which is very convenient.
