Yes, Sydney Airport has showers in several locations. Ticketed passengers can have a hot shower at Gates 31 and 51, and there are showers for men only at Gate 24. There are also general showers that anyone can use on the departures level, at check-in desks A and K. Bring your toiletries and travel towel—these facilities only provide the hot water.

You may want to spring for the fare (around $7) on the Airport Link train—that journey takes only two minutes once onboard, and operates from 5am to midnight.

How early do you need to arrive at Sydney airport for an international flight?
