The toaster was broken, the microwave was broken and sink didn’t drain. Worst stay in the world's worst sofa bed too. Truly not a great experience.

Skin crawling

Terrible night! Although staff was great and area is beautiful we had a brutal stay. First off the wifi was pretty much non existent and would not connect for any amount of time and data service is not enough to do anything with in that area. BUT the real problem was when my kids discovered the bugs!!! They were everywhere🐜. They looked like small ants hopefully. Daughters slept in the truck all night, wife was upset about it all and i didnt get a bit of sleep because i was up all night watching out for the kids! I should have informed the staff but honestly we just wanted to get out of there first thing and I probably would have said things i would later regret. Took 2 days for everyone to recover and laugh about it all but man we still are scratching our heads. Cost of room was also not cheap!

Beautiful spot. Briughntour bikes and rode into town each day. Only about a 10 minute ride. Easy to do with kids as it’s all flat. Rooms were clean, but on the older side. Outdoor hot tub was not working. Indoor pool and hi tub area old and rundown. Loved the tennis and basketball courts as well as the wood burning fireplaces.

Old property, during our staying, outdoor hot tub broke; indoor hot tub is small, crowded and full of bubbles, didn’t go 2nd time. Gym is ok, two squash courts are free to use. No ski shuttle bus for sunshine ski resort. Staff are friendly. Area is very nice and quiet but also outside of Banff Main Street. Didn’t try the town shuttle, don’t know if it is convenient. Tried lake Louise ski resort shuttle, very convenient.

The room easily accommodated all 5 of us for the perfect spring break stay-cation to ski. With a full kitchen available it made out stay for comfortable. The kids loved the pool too! There were a bit of challenges with the water. Water was scalding hot for the showers with us having difficulty getting any biot of cold water to cool down. The kitchen sink we realized had backward water taps.
