Hotels with Air Conditioning in Costa Mesa

The staff were all great and seemed to be engaged in their work. The location is excellent to access great beaches, shopping and other SoCal attractions. However, property is very tired with much deferred maintenance. The decor is outdated and worn out. The rooms are dINGY in most every respect. PAINT, flooring and window coverings are funky and worn in places. Shower head is way too low even for moderately tall people. The shower drain didn’t work and standing water to ankles every time. Pillows were small and noticeably lumpy.

Stayed with my family & we loved it very convenient since it has transportation to & back from Disney which we loved. The hotel was very cute.

The room and customer service were excellent. Cleanness, furniture quality and bed’s firmness, all 100% positive. I don’t know why google rank them 3 star. They deserve better. It was a pleasant stay. I highly recommend them.
