The location was perfect! So close to the CBD with shops & restaurants along the way. Tram stop across the road. Free onsite parking made it so easy & great on the budget. The bathroom & kitchen needed a little tlc. Comfortable bed & pillows. Have stayed before & will definitely stay again. Bit noisy early mornings with construction across the road.

The view was really nice, the receptionist was really helpful when we had an issue. The tiles in the apartment looked quite dirty though, so need a good scrub but loved everything else.

Staff were corteous. The theater is a very nice add on. The kids enjoyed that a lot. Good location. During our 9 day stay, they only came once to clean and we had to ask them to vacuum because they said they usually don't do it. Kitchinery is too basic, knives are very few and don't cut. No essentials like salt, pepper, paper towels, etc.

Arriving and being told we couldn't checkin to our room, due air-conditioning unit being serviced. (which was out of their control). There was only one lift operating we were waiting in the basement with our luggage for 19 mins rather hot. Booked a 3 bedroom apartment, they upgraded us to a penthouse suite. Was beautifully furnished and spacious. Only issue was the washing machine was not working. Had maintenance come 3 times and couldnt get it working, otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Terrible experience. Only one lift working for duration of 3 night stay, resulting in wait times of 20 minutes ( and jam packed lift when you got in it). Air conditioning did not work in room. Reception staff committed to having a tech look at it (as last guest had also raised an issue) but never provided feedback and never got air conditioning. Requested fans in the alternative as room was very hot. Reception said yes but the fans never arrived and no communication about why not.
