We loved the clean and friendly atmosphere of the atrium. The rooftop pool had amazing views. The only negative would be the bedrooms are so bright. They are positioned on the inner atrium level and the bright hallway lights we were really hard to block out.

The outside of the hotel and amenities, pool, and bbq area were beautiful. However our room was terrible. Dirty blankets, pillows, throws, lounges and floors. German cockroaches and a very large cockroach on one of the beds. The bathroom tap didn’t turn off and the toilet had a constant drip. We advised desk lady on the day of our stay in which the floors were mopped and some blankets taken away but the bed linen wasn’t changed or the yellow stained pillows. In 7 days nothing was fixed or changed. My child husband and I all slept in 1 bed as the cockroaches on the single bed my child refused to sleep there. The tv remote did not work so we only had 1 Chanel to watch the whole 7 days as the second remote bought up to us didn’t work either. This was very disappointing as we have not had a holiday in many years and saved to travel 8hrs to QLD for our first holiday in a long time. We did love the roof top pool but the spa wasn’t working tho it was still warm.

Old room coddled together with furniture left over it seemed that didn't have much room left, microwave almost rusted through, general feeling of uncleanliness. Not 4 star, beds awful, grubby place. Everything worn out, kettle and toaster greasy, 4 plates but 2 bowls, 2 mismatched glasses for 4 bed room. Corroded taps, water damaged and old laminex and door bottoms, rust. cracked mug, so many things, I don't complain but this was out of the box bad.
