Carpets definitely needs to a steam cleaning. Curtains and the couches has stain, visually you can see the stain needs a good cleaning. Shower base is not level. The drainage is in the middle and the water builds up one side of the base. You have to bring the water to the drainage by using your foot. Door handles are lose. The drainages need mesh to stop cockroaches coming inside.

We enjoyed 9 nights stay, beautiful views, quite location but very close to anything. We were on the 14th floor of a lovely, tidy apartment with anything basic needed. Kitchenware, blankets, TV in every room, towels etc. Received an email for a mod-stay clean up but nobody showed up - which is fine as we kept tidy and a vacuum is provided in the room. We just loved it!!

The Manager Craig and his wife were excellent hosts with a personal approach. They were very helpful with our room change and provided any assistance we required. The room was clean and well presented with amazing sea views. A lovely stay and would certainly recommend this accommodation venue.

1. The so called superior ocean view apartment was misleading as the water views were minimal. 2. All rooms primarily faced west or south west and was very bright and hot. 3. The external sliding door was very difficult to use. 4. The shower hot and cold water taps were confusing to use.

Really lovely quieter area ,super close to the beach and local shop and restaurants. Apartment was a bit tired and could be cleaner but nice with a good view (apart from construction work) . Had pretty much everything you need to cook properly and had a great shower . Would visit again .

Pacific Views Resort was excellent for our short stay for work. A fantastic location right across the road from the beach and 5 mins walk to Tedder Avenue. We stayed in apartment 715 which had great views of the ocean and beach and a very large balcony. Main Beach is a hidden gem - close to Surfers Paradise and Southport /The Spit but not a thoroughfare. It is an older building so not as flas or modern in terms of decor but the apartment size was generous and had everything we needed.

For us the best part was the whales. We were able to see them from the comfort of our bed and of course from the balcony. The 3 days we were there, we woke up to the "morning whale show". It was simply beautiful. The place is well located: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets beachfront. Beautiful beach although we went in winter and as Floridians, we avoided the cold waters 😂. The living room is spacious. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. Washer and dryer that worked well.

We had an amazing apartment overlooking the sea , high up & plenty of whales playing right in front of you . Also had the sand barge wirking & that was a great sight watching that The recepitionist (R,) was wonderful , lovely lady . We had a deal with the cafe next door & it was yum yum pigs bum good . We will be back again .

A Not so Exotic Stay

The bed was old and uncomfortable the bedding was terrible the “duvet” smelt and was next to useless and the pillows were terrible. The heating was virtually non existent. To heat up the apartment we had a small blow heater and small oil column heater which didn’t cut it. Everything is just old and needs a total refresh. Not sure if it really qualifies to be labelled a resort at least don’t expect anything exotic.

Property managers were amazing! Credit to the resort. Great views from apartment can’t complain. As is lots of Surfers building noise and truck noise was at times deafening,all day beep beep from machines reversing and loud bangs from various activities. Price for rooms likely reflect this. I would recommend the resort just on the basis of the Management team being so friendly and accommodating. As was my experience the apartment was lacking good equipment,pots and pans are old and need replacing.All knifes blunt etc…I think the owners have to step up! I know there is abusers of your items, though I am sure they are few and far between. Regards
