There is also an outdoor pool/spa and BBQ area set amongst landscaped gardens, with an additional 1/2 court tennis court... racquets and balls provided. The beach is only a 2 min walk away and a beach umbrella/cabana/deckchairs/boogie boards + beach toys are provided.
There are 2 bedrooms both with ceiling fans (queen and 2 singles) and 2 bathrooms (newly renovated) .
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/oven/microwave/dishwasher + Laundry with washer/dryer.
Private parking space in the basement with secured gate system to complex. LIFT to all floors.
Free Unlimited WIFI available - TV/DVD player in Loungeroom and Main Bedroom - RADIO/Bluetooth speaker in Lounge room. Board Games/Books/Puzzles provided for kids and adults.
