Very nice hotel , friendly staff and I enjoy alot. Gold Coast is soo pretty, wonderful experience in Gold Coast and in hotel as well 😍😍😍😍😍.

We loved our stay the room was amazing it felt like a 360 degree view of the Gold Coast. Really happy with our stay. The fully loaded burger from room service was amazing!!!

We had a lovely stay, bit of a confusion over the booking when we arrived, as we had clicked 'breakfast included' on expedia, but this wasn't. Alvin was fantastic and sorted out. Hotel is located about a 20 min walk or 5 mins on the tram to the centre. Tram stop is outside. Breakfast is awesome, loads of choices. Would definitely stay again.

We expected a fancy four star hotel, however the hotel needs a face lift. It seems like you stepped back to the 70s/80s. Very old furniture, beds but comfortable, not many amenities in the room and all very basic. Looks like a clean motel on the inside.

Well located to beach and tram. Not a lot of cafes or restaurants in the immediate area but within a short walk. R we deuces an upgrade on checking to 17th floor. View was great - beach to hinterland
