I’m giving this hotel 3 stars because the room itself was clean, comfortable, and overall pleasant. However, we did experience a few hiccups that seemed to stem from discrepancies between what was advertised on Wotif and what the hotel had on record.
We had prepaid for the room, parking, and breakfast. Each time we exited the carpark, we were prompted to pay $25, though thankfully staff were able to lift the boom gate when we buzzed for assistance.
At breakfast, our prepaid booking wasn’t showing in the hotel’s system, and we were initially asked to pay again. After explaining that it was included in our Wotif booking, the issue was eventually sorted out.
We also ordered room service, which came with a $5 delivery fee. Unfortunately, the wait time was far too long, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold, making the extra charge feel even more disappointing.
Overall, the stay was comfortable, but clearer coordination between the hotel and Wotif would have made the experience much better.
