I only booked because I had to stay in Surfers Paradise at short notice for two days. I was so impressed that I am going back next month for a mini vacation. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Polite and friendly and efficient.

Massive fight in the foyer then couldn’t sleep at all due to kids partying next door. I complained to security who told them to whiten down which they did. Great hotel other than feeling unsafe. Will stay elsewhere next time

We love Crowne Plaza and have stayed several times just this year. No fuss, reception staff so very very polite, helpful and courteous. We only ever stay at Crowne Plaza. Keep up the excellent service.

The staff were super helpful and the tram station outside made travelling around easy. The pool isn’t heated but the spa was lovely

They've overcharged 130 AUD me i.e. over and above what Expedia quoted me. They asked to refund the amount when I checkout but it still not processed. Even security amount of 100AUD is not yet refunded.
