We stayed at Ocean Pacific Resort for five days and, unfortunately, the experience did not match the price or advertised standard.
We arrived late in the evening, and at first glance the room appeared tidy. However, in daylight the condition of the apartment was disappointing.
Cleanliness & Maintenance Issues:
The kitchen contained dirty dishes, cups, and cutlery on arrival. This is unacceptable for a property marketed as 4.5 stars.
The dishwasher was faulty (the upper shelf would not close properly).
We saw cockroaches in the kitchen at night.
Pillowcases appeared unclean and may not have been changed.
Amenities & Supplies:
Only one small dishwashing liquid sachet and one dishwasher powder were provided for three adults over five days.
Minimal toiletries were supplied (2 soaps, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash).
Only one small carton of milk was provided on arrival.
Laundry supplies were also very limited (2 sachets total).
Housekeeping:
Rooms are only serviced for stays of 8 days or more. For our 5-day stay, no cleaning was provided, leaving the room dusty.
General Condition:
Furniture is worn, stained, and outdated.
The room was cold at night despite using the air conditioning.
The shower design was inconvenient (no proper door, slippery tiles, weak water pressure).
Overall Experience:
By the end of the stay, it felt like we were expected to clean and maintain the apartment ourselves, rather than being treated as guests.
