We had unit 76 which was in very poor condition. The carpets and furniture were very stained. The cooktop was very dirty and so disgusting we didn't use it. The taps had missing bits on them. None of the furniture matched and was very old and in poor condition. Do not stay in unit 76. My family had a renovated room which was lovely. The pool area was lovely.

Enjoyed my short stay. I found my apartment spacious, comfortable and clean. Although the balcony was small I had a nice view of the river.

There were baby cockaroaches in the kitchen and cupboards, the toilet was leaking in main bathroom and stank, the carpets were filthy found hair in bed and also beer cap under the bed, and hair in the drain plug. The pool and spa facilities were awesome!

Great location

Pros: Amenities
Cons: Room needs an uplift.
Location: Close to beach and nice walk to Cavill Ave for restaurants, market and hype.
Great location with terrific views from the 15th floor over the river. The service was fine and friendly and the amenities good. The 2 bedroom apartment was nice a big, however, was very very tired and needs some love to ensure the hotel standards are basically met. A paint, definitely new carpet, new kitchen cupboards with an update on a few furniture pieces would do the trick.

Good location, dated apartment

Good location (on tram line), lovely canal views and good facilities (pool, tennis court etc). The apartment itself was past its prime (lounges peeling, tiles cracked in bathroom, door to balcony doesn't lock). Apartment clean to be staying in but lacking the extra details like dirty fans. Apartment is quite large which was nice but balcony on the small side. Overall I would stay again depending on price.

Location: Tram provides easy access to Surfers and Broadbeach shopping and entertainment areas
Right on tram line easy access to all areas by tram Unit not very well equipped with utensils if self catering No spare toilet roll provided No A/C and noisy if Windows left open Reasonable value for money
