Parking and location were great, and the grounds were lovely. Unfortunately, the room itself wasn’t clean, and the overall standard of cleanliness was disappointing.

No dinner plates, no sharp knives, no shelves in fridge door to hold drinks. All glassware had to be cleaned. Dishwasher tray had no rollers. Substandard furniture covered by dirty blanket. Blind were missing multiple panels. Broken toilet brushes, broken toilet roll holders, blocked basin in bathroom. Courtyard was filthy and table leg broken. We had to purchase plates, cutlery, toilet brushes. We had to clean the courtyard as it was filthy. Clearly, no maintenance or proper cleaning of the property is undertaken. Very poor experience overall. Will never stay there again

Room requires maintenance. Shower grout dirty, blinds require repairs, ceilings need cleaning, air vents dirty, outdoor furniture dirty and falling apart, dining chairs inside require replacement, no tissues, batteries in remotes need new batteries, doona was dirty/stained, towels had holes.

The room was basically clean but finger marks left unattended on various surfaces made it feel grotty. The beds were ok but the pillow selection was poor While slightly complex initial check in due to the apartment being in a gated community once checked in, the access system worked very well with an undercover car spot allocated

The rooms could do with a bit more detailed cleaning. Scuff marks on walls and dirt in places like door edges. Lounge suite is a bit tired. Didn’t want to sit on it. Crockery a bit marked and broken also. Not nice to use. Doona in one room had stains on it. Yuk! Size of apartment was good and location was what we needed.
