Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Colonnades offers easy access to unique shopping, delicious dining, and of course, the stunning sugar-white sands and crystal-clear waters of the beach. You'll love the spacious living room with its new 65" mounted Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and private bedroom setup. The primary bathroom even has a luxurious Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

On days when you're not at the beach, enjoy the building's amenities, including an indoor pool with a retractable roof for year-round enjoyment, sauna, and exercise room. Please note, this is a non-smoking unit, and smoking is not permitted inside or outside on the balconies.

Parking at Colonnades is limited, with most properties allowing only 1-2 cars per reservation. Additional parking restrictions apply to boats, trailers, motorhomes, jet skis, and golf carts. Don't forget to purchase your parking passes before arrival and display them in your vehicle at all times.

Monthly rentals are available, with discounts applied for stays within the same calendar month. Entry codes will be emailed to guests on the day of arrival for easy check-in.
