We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 nights, with 4 youth.
On a positive side, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the rooms smell fine and were clean, the breakfast buffet was fantastic (shoutout to our server, Pavel, who made our experience so much better), the location was great (very walkable) and the reception staff was able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms.
On a negative side, the bathroom door in one of our rooms was broken, there weren't any robes or sleepers, the pool water was too cold and the hot tub was broken. The hair dryer was also very ineffective, reminded us of a child one, with no actual power.
