Chapel Street offers the best Melbourne boutiques, a thriving club and bar scene, while Toorak Road provides the classic, restrained strip of high-end stores and restaurants. Movie lovers can indulge in film at the the Jam Factory and independent Como Cinema (which is only 400m from this apartment) and designer shopping across the road next to Country Rad's iconic boutique.

Further transport options include a bus which travels on Alexandra Ave which can be reached in two minutes, easy travelling to Rod Laver Arena/ Tennis Centre and top end of Melbourne CBD. Tram out the front connects to St Kilda and Richmond. Train from South Yarra Station (10min walk) connects to CBD, including Southern Cross - for further connection to Flemington Racecourse and the Melbourne International Airport via the Sky Bus. Taxi rank just outside the Como Hotel is a five minute walk.

- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.

- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.

- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!

- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.

- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.

- ID is required to place your booking with us.

- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.

- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.

-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.

- Please leave the property as you found it :)

- Please turn off the AC when you go out.

- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.

- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.

- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.

And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.

Fabulous view of city skyline
Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The condo was spacious with comfortable beds and we especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor space with a remarkable view of the Melbourne skyline. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
