Zoe the host was very intrusive. Text to find out why I was coming to Melbourne. Told her because my grandson wad critically ill in the nearby Children’s Hospital. She then text again asking the same same question. Very upsetting . The apartment was lovely . But when the people in the apartment above came home at 3a.m. the front door made a huge bang. Their footsteps we’re very noisy.. The people were not noisy just their footsteps. Zoe also accused me of having an extra person in my apartment and would take money out of my bond. The extra person was my son helping us bring our belongings up to the unit. If she had looked at her cctv she would have seen him leave instead of making false accusations. She also wanted to know why I had pillows. I’m sure we are entitled to bring our own comfort pillows. The shower head also needs replacing . It sprays right into your face and cannot be adjusted.
