My stay at the Hyatt Regency Times Square was absolutely incredible. The entire hotel was spotless — from the lobby to the room, everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. The view from my room was breathtaking, the kind that instantly reminds you why New York is such a magical place. The experience was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Between the amazing view, the cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere, it was the perfect stay.

Room and service es great. No amenities to highlight. It is a shame the hotel doesn’t have a proper restaurant. The breakfast offered are just boxed sandwiches and bottled juices.

Positive: Phenomenal location. Handy to theatres, restaurants and subway. Less positive: Room was very hot. Thermostat had no effect. Hotel was full of school groups (picture 100's of high school students trying to get their suitcases to reception at that same time). No in-room coffee maker.

Room was amazing! Very clean and spacious! Fantastic view! Staff was incredibly kind and attentive. As we were checking in, the gentleman who was behind the desk noticed we had our young daughter with us and he ensured we had a higher floor with an amazing view of Times Square and also gave her a care package with a coloring book. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again!

The room was in good condition but when I went to use ice bucket the tongs had a gross substance left on I didn’t notice until after I took a sip of drink and it tasted horrendous.
