Upon entering the main level, you will find a lovely living room with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat glider, high ceilings with exposed beams, stacked stone gas fireplace with a large mounted smart TV, stylish LVP flooring, ceiling fan, modern lighting, and a retro multi-game arcade featuring Pac Man classics and Galaga. The beautiful and modern kitchen offers access to the covered deck area and features all new stainless steel appliances, a butcher block countertop with a farmhouse sink and faucet, and a breakfast bar with seating for 2 that is open to the living room and dining room. The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room and offers seating for 4 at the brand new round table. This cabin is a great option for couples traveling together who want their own private space and features 2 private king bedrooms. The lower level king bedroom features a king-size bed, a large smart TV, bedside lamps with USB chargers, a ceiling fan, closet, wood-style flooring, and access to the hot tub deck. Well stocked with linens & paper products. Bedding could be swapped in lower bedroom due to slanting from center to sides. Once you got used to it it was comfortable. The fitted sheets need to be fitted better as they always came off. Overall clean & we had a good time

Very MUCH in need of updating!!

When we arrived in 90+ degree weather, the air had not been turned on. After about 4 hours, we requested maintenance because the cabin wasn’t cooling. They did arrive promptly and checked the temp of the air coming from the vents. It was blowing cool enough so we had to wait it out. Thankfully we brought fans with us; otherwise, we would have had to send our daughter and infant grand baby to a hotel for the night! It took 2 days for the upstairs level to cool even with the bedroom door closed. The furniture was terribly worn & cushions were sunken. The floors creaked and the baseboards were very worn and battered. The furniture was missing knobs and the decor was very outdated. The shower head looked like the original when the cabin was built. The toilets weren’t anchored. We won’t even mention the disco ball hanging from the ceiling fan in the upstairs room....(really??) and the cobwebs. The stove and refrigerator were very outdated and squeaky. The stovetop was stained and the oven looked like a filthy grill grate. The grill was corroded and nasty. We have paid less at other resort facilities and this experience doesn’t even compare to their level of luxury and cleanliness. We have marked Eagle Ridge as a big NO for any future plans.
