The reception has friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking can be a challenge during busy periods with sometimes needing to park up the road and walk along the unsealed paths. It's about a 1.3KM walk to town which is terrific in the mornings.

Staff support lacking. They said we had charges on the room for coffee, we didn’t order any coffee our whole stay. They didn’t believe us when I said this and went to check their cameras to see if we did charge $21 worth of coffee. This took a long time at checkout and eventually came back trying to guess how the error happened, no apologies.

Clean room, adequate buffet, friendly restaurant staff. Just note that the studio apartment is up a flight of stairs, not recommended for families with prams.
