Location is good - approx. 15min easy walk into central Queenstown. Great view (if you are lucky to get one of the rooms with a view). Only draw-back was that, while internet is free, it is poor quality - too unstable for streaming / Netflix

Reception staff excellent, check in/out easy. Restraunt/ staff nothing short of dismal. Waited for a menu for 20 minutes, 5 staff laughing and carrying on around cash register totally ignoring everyone. Had to ask for menu. Bar girl had no idea how to make basic liquour coffees. Hot breakfast options were cold, as were the plates and again the staff were useless

rooms were nice and clean and set up well with 3 separate beds. check in took too long, and whilst the receptionist was pleasant she took too long and re- explained things alot. continental breakfast seemed super expensive.
