Won’t be going back.

This hotel is convenient to Queenstown airport, but the positives stop there. If you arrive after 5:00pm there are no front desk staff so you have to call a call center to give you access. For us this involved multiple calls, a hard to hear person, no privacy as there were multiple people waiting in the entrance to do the same thing, and a lock box that had all the keys for all the rooms for all the guests coming in after hours. So not very secure. Although we did not book it, we were assigned an accessible room. The layout of the room was such that you felt you were sleeping in a kitchen. The view from the bed was a microwave, sink etc. The bathroom had a tiny sink with little room for toiletries and a cheap rolling rack to put things in. This is not an expensive place to stay but that doesn’t excuse poor design and cheap furniture/accessories. Needless to stay we won’t be going back. There are other options in the same convenient location to try next time.

The only issue was the heat in demand, I assume water. Hot to cold, quick. Otherwise it was a fantastic breath of fresh air!!! Very kind people working there!

Quiet convenient location - close to the airport, good food, easy to get to the grocery store, staff was great and room was very nice. Laundry was a little complicated but once figured it out it was great to have it in the room. I would recommend and return to this location.

My room was opposite to the elevator and I could hear people going in and out. Perhaps they can work on sound proofing. It sounded like someone was trying to open my door (ie the door was rattling) when my next door (or someone close) closed/opened their door.
