stayed in a 1 bed hotel room, it was ok, but the 2 seater couch was bad, too low to the ground and not that comfortable. You couldn't lie in bed to watch tv as the tv was in the kitchenette area, not viewable from the bedroom. it wouldn't take much to install a second tv in the bedroom. Also light from under the adjoining apartment shone through most hours.

Fantastic room with excellent views and expansive balcony. Convenient location close to town. Could do with a safe in the room and gym seemed to be missing equipment or under maintenance. Staff very friendly .

The room was lovely, clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay. However we were in a room that could ajoin a room next to it and there is quite abit of noise transfer between the two rooms. Also the property in general could do with some maintenance. The elevators were noisy and pavers in the courtyard were wobbly etc. Still a great place to stay

Liked walking distance to town. All staff extremely pleasant. Disliked lift. Room didnt live up to expectations. Outside tiling was loose and sprayed water.

The room we were staying was very cramped and we didn’t have much of a view as hoped. The rooms had connecting door which is generally fine however you could hear everything from the neighbours and therefore no privacy. No real good facilities at hotel, always had to go into town. Location was nice and short walk into the main town centre.

Just a great location easy walk to the CBD and great views - well set out for a big hotel - doesnt feel like your neighbours are right beside you.

Staff were excellent and friendly....made dinner bookings for us, attended to heater when we could not get it to start, and explained beautifully why the smoke alarms all went off one night...by accident. Very much appreciated an upgrade. Central position...our unit opened to the garden.
