Unfortunately the amenities inside the room weren’t adequate, but more importantly the room didn’t feel clean enough (my daughter and I had a flare up of dust mite allergies)

The room was massive and the front desk staff were lovely. The reception area is inviting and easy parking. That’s all the positives. The bathroom was mouldy and rotting and the whole hotel gives off a zombie apocalypse vibe. The aircon in the room didn’t work, and if you open the window you’re suffocated by the Sulfur smell. I feel sorry for the staff, it seems like they are understaffed and don’t have the time to attend to the rooms properly - e.g no soap in the bathroom and house keeping forgot to provide new towels which was discovered mid shower at 10pm. The person at the front desk wasn’t able to leave the desk to bring new towels for an hour.

The room was a bit sad. Cobwebs outside the windies. The whole hotel is a bit dilapidated and sad. We had a big spa bath in the room which only worked as a tub but my 11 yr old enjoyed it. The breakfast was ok but the coffee ma phone was broken . Close to hot spas though and lots of guests there

we didn't have breakfast. We arrived after 3 pm however our room wasn't ready until 4:15 pm. The duty manager Raghav Chopra was not helpful and very low customer service. He asked us to wait for 15 to 20 miniutes however he never came back to us!!!!???? Hotel is very clean and easy access to shopping centre.

We had a pleasant stay at Arawa park. The staff were very welcoming and helped with familiarizing us with the town's attractions. The breakfast buffet was a good spread and offered good options for vegetarians.

Staff were very friendly and kind. The room itself was underwhelming, we were placed in a room where the massive bin was directly outside the balcony, the bin was full with rubbish and constant birds coming and going due to the rubbish. We also had health & safety concerns as we had a 4 month old baby with us that we refused to take into the mould infested bathroom in our room. I am very unhappy with the room itself and the atmosphere of the corridors.

Good location with downtown area within 5 minute drive. Other sites such as the geothermal sites and gondola/luge/zorb are within about 15 minute drive. The room was spacious. A couch would have fit easily and would have been helpful. The hotel is dated and could use some deep cleaning and upgrading. But overall it was convenient with the kids. The front staff were helpful .

Visiting from the USA. Clean rooms and common areas. Rooms were very large. AC and ceiling fan kept things cool. Balcony was comfortable and afforded views of the tracts. We did not choose the breakfast as we thought it was a bit pricey. The restaurant dining area was very nice , though and decorated beautifully.
