Was genuinely impressed with this motel. A lot of motels in Rotorua are quite tired but this one was great. Is just like in the pictures, very nicely refurbished, very warm room too. The bed layout with the king, queen, 2 x singles is perfect for a family of 6. Having the outdoor hot tub was great. Can't speak highly enough of this place!

The property was handy for everything and had all that we needed. Our grandson enjoyed meeting Boris and having him stay for a little while.

The hot tub was just what we needed after the day’s activities. We also had a visit from Boris the feline CEO who was simply delightful.

Staff were friendly including Boris the cat. Even supplied a baby gate. Spa bath out the back of the room was an added bonus
