The apartment is just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD.
The space consist of 2 bedrooms, generous Lounge area, fully functional kitchen, Bathroom plus Parking.

The Neighborhood: McMahons Point short walk to North Sydney business district and train station. 50m to McMahons Point ferry and nearby cafes and restaurants on Blues Point Road.
Getting Around: Free parking outside property and in adjacent parking building.
Metres to the ferry wharf and bus stop, 500m to village restaurants and just a 1km walk to North Sydney station and CBD.
Other Things to Note: Washer and Dryer is in the building not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Beautiful outlook
Loved the access to the ferry and loved the outlook over the harbour bridge, lunar park and opera house. We had a cold evening and the heating wasn't effective. We will be back!
