Clean room, great staff,amenities, great cooked breakfast . Our room also had a great view as an added bonus. You could leave the car in the carpark and take public transport as it was virtually across the street. Beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of pillows and towels and such. I would stay there again.

Twin room was advertised, booked and paid for. When we arrived for check-in we were told it was not available. Two single beds only. Wifi was advertised. No Smart TV in the room - no streaming service. No wifi capability. Misleading and very disappointing service experience.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Location was good - close to public transport and good links to shopping centre and food places. Cons: Room WiFi didn’t work properly, the room wasn’t the cleanest, and the dryer wasn’t working well when we used it, but overall, not a bad place for a few nights.
