Room Was terribly dirty . Not mantained . Fridge in room was not working and had to be replaced . Was then replaced with a dirty one. Bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable . Bathroom had mould in shower area and small holes in walls as well as rust . Carpets were unclean and there was a terrible smell in the foyer area of level 6 where we were . The room also smelt musty . The undercover car park was fiflthy dirty with piles of rubbish as were the lifts . Rooms were not cleaned and we were there for 4 x nights . We had to ask for fresh towels . Reception hours say 24 hours yet we tried to call them numerous times from Our room with no answer . Very disappointed and felt ripped off for what we paid . Would not recommend and would never stay here again !!!

Well positioned to Parramatta. Not a lot of lighting in the room. Tv in main lounge room did not work. No door on main bedroom. Traffic heard all through the night.

Room had all you needed. Reasonably clean and spacious. Our room faded the racecourse so had a beautiful view but was very noisy with traffic along the main road outside. No sound proofing windows makes a big difference. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking available but very tight getting around the car park. We have a DMax and was hard in it.

My room was nice enough, there was places that could do with some more cleaning e.g I had to re wash all the utensils. One thing that u struggled with was the noise. The hotel is on a busy road and is hence super busy and super loud. The pool is also on this road which means I didn’t get to enjoy it as there was the constant sound of the motor way. If you’re wanting to stay for one or two nights and noise isn’t an issue for you, then I’d recommend, otherwise I’d advise somewhere else.

Housekeeping did not clean my room at all during my entire stay. The room smelled like cigarettes, and there was no drinking water provided. The hotel is not close to any restaurants or grocery stores, and there is no breakfast. I was also told the restaurant would be closed for the rest of my stay. The staff was not friendly, which made the experience even worse. Very disappointed

Clean room, great staff,amenities, great cooked breakfast . Our room also had a great view as an added bonus. You could leave the car in the carpark and take public transport as it was virtually across the street. Beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of pillows and towels and such. I would stay there again.

Twin room was advertised, booked and paid for. When we arrived for check-in we were told it was not available. Two single beds only. Wifi was advertised. No Smart TV in the room - no streaming service. No wifi capability. Misleading and very disappointing service experience.
