This hotel is in an excellent location, right across the road from the train station and Hyde Park. The view from our window on the tenth floor was lovely: a vista of trees, the memorial, and church spires. We were in a Deluxe Studio with a kitchenette so could cook our evening meals if we wanted (which we did on two nights). The bed was comfortable, the bathroom very nice, and the addition of bread for toast with spreads, and some fruit juice and fruit pieces, plus small packets of cereal was great. There are bus stops nearby as well as the train station so easy to travel. It is also an interesting walk through the park to the Art Gallery of NSW and about half an hour down to the Sydney Opera House. The stay was not cheap but worth it considering all the positives!

Room wasn’t that clean, for a family of five would have liked more amenities (eg. Proper kitchenette), car park was tight and not was to navigate. Additionally my parents were charged the same price for two of them in a room that I was charged for five people. Admittedly I made a mistake when booking on here but the hotel had no interest in helping two pensioners secure a cheaper room. I would never book here again and as a result of the comments that room bookings couldn’t be changed will not use this platform to book again either.

Building is an older building with a good location. It was convenient across the road from train station with many food options within easy walking distance. Breakfast was simple, just toast and cereal. Small kitchenette in the deluxe family room was nice to have to small children. Cleaniness and the condition of the room could be better. For the price it was excellent. Close to bus, train and tram. Easy walk to world square, darling quarter , Hyde Park and museum. Train to airport is right across the road via museum station taking only 12 minutes. Reception staff helpful and baggage storage available.

Staff courteous - able to store luggage after checking out which was fantastic and our room was ready early. Brilliant light breakfast included - more than enough. No dish cloth to wash dishes with or tea towel, and Tommy was clean but some surfaces were dusty (along bedhead and tables). Very large room - had space to spread out and sit and relax.
