Gorgeous simple room in a beautiful renovated building. Escritoire clean, comfortable bed, block out blinds, hot shower, nice bar fridge and toiletries. Staff were exceptional - so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely - cereal, pastries, cold cuts sitting by the fireplace. Cocktails were available during happy hour in the evening.

Poor Trip Vulcan

We were there through the Anzac weekend. At every hotel I keep a reasonable tip and request the room to cleaned and beds made. The excuses and the stories were noteworthy. The breakfast was very poor and even no bread because it was a holiday. I really had pity for the staff who have to work with owners like this. Convenient location if you know sydney

The Vulcan Hotel was well presented and the rooms were clean. The pillows need to be replaced as they are flat or there should have been 4 pillows fir a king size bed.

The staff makes this place the best!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to make your stay great! Clean rooms, I love the stained glass on the windows and the modern yet vintage style of the building! Would definitely stay here again.
