The staff were really helpful, especially around luggage forwarding. The hotel is in the Ginza but it was really quiet where we were. Breakfast was great and the lady in the dining room was so nice

Hotel was small - rooms small on American scale but quite adequate - had enough room to be comfortable but we travel light - might have been tight if we had a large suitcase. Breakfast was good - traditional Japanese. Location was good close to Tokyo Station and Imperial Palace.

I always stay at APA hotels when in Japan. In fact Im at one now in Osaka. As for this Ginza location: Front desk awesome Cleaning folks awesome Breakfast had slim options especially when staying over 3-4 days (gets old quick) Rooms seem a bit dated but I didn’t care much My main issue was the last morning i was there, breakfast buffet had even less options though closing service wasn’t for at least another hour. The worker there was friendly to other Japanese guests but for some odd reason was very rude to me Didn’t want to acknowledge me and when I said thank you for breakfast, was completely ignored while other Japanese folks got acknowledgment

Nice compact hotel in a great area.

Great little hotel in a wonderful location. Yes the rooms are small and there is only one elevator but for the price it's fantastic. The japanese breakfast was really lovely. One tip, If you are trying to check out quickly, try to do so before 9am. Otherwise you will be waiting a long time for the elevator especially if you have bags.

Not as great as usual

This is my go to hotel when staying in Tokyo with a small group. Only reason for my lower rating is that their washing machine was down and as someone who packs light and washes, it meant I had to hand wash and hang dry in my room.
