the closet track door was broken and stain on the chair was pretty bad. Pool was so dirty, and hairs were floating around. ants were everywhere in the pool floor. I heard the guest below complained because the show drain in our room was leaking through the floor.

While the location was convenient, the room itself had several issues. The bed was inclined, there was quite a bit of noise, and cooking smells from the kitchen entered the room, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

I have to say I've seen that many hotels and also worked at many hotels in my lifetime. This Holiday inn had the most incredible customer service. From the moment I booked to the moment we checked out, we experienced excellent customer service. The rooms were extremely clean. The hotel was extremely clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They also have an outdoor basketball court that we had no idea about until we got there and my kids were so excited. This hotel honestly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back!
