The front desk staff are very helpful and kind. The breakfast staff were also very friendly, kind and were also patient during busy hours. They always had a smile on their faces. Overall very good experience. The near-by ice rink, aquatic center, movies, and restaurants are very convenient, and plenty of parking around the hotel. Front desk, room cleaning, breakfast are great too. The only minor thing we noticed is that the road-facing side is a bit noisy at night.

We enjoyed the suit this time. It's quiet and comfortable. We tried to have a cup of coffee before we left, but the coffee machine in the room wasn't working. It couldn't brew the coffee. I forgot to tell the front desk when we checked out.

Our suite room is ready for early check in request. Staff are nice and helpful. But took a while for our request of extra blanket to arrive. The air conditioner in our room 423 is not working properly so we have to open the door from the main bedroom to get the air to the living area. Overall we spent our stay satisfactory, my grandson and his family had fun in the pool and all of us had a good rest.
