I didn’t receive any VIP service.The location is very convenient for me and the building is very clean. The only problem is that the mattress is too soft which makes my back very sore.

location is ideal. close to shops, restaurants and sky train to downtown. been staying there since it opened in 90's BUT it also looks like it is from the 90's. it's a trip to take the "elevator" from 11-12 floor. it looks like a service elevator and creaks and clangs going up and down. we had a suite with good view of the river but its weedy and ugly looking out the window. the sofa and chair is from the 70's, dark brown and worn out and saggy and looked very old. there is bare minimum of soap and shampoo and not even a shower cap. I expect that from a 3 * hotel but nor radisson. i like to book again but hope there is some updating done to the entire hotel.
