The staff (Thomas at Front Office) were extremely helpful by sending out the shuttle in the middle of the night multiple times while I was delayed and then having trouble locating my luggage. They also gave me an upgrade which was great after such a long day. The breakfast wasn't that good which was the only set back. However, a really smooth stay and the shuttle drivers were great.

Excellent stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole stay feel welcoming.
