Radisson is situated right in the middle of Yao Han Centre and Aberdeen Centre which makes it convenient when looking for a place to get a quit bite. The hotel however could use a deep cleaning. The bed sheets we got had stains on them and the tub was dirty with dark stains all over. Also, the staff were not friendly. I called a couple hours before my check in time since we arrived early, to ask if there are any rooms available to check in early and I was cut off and was told just come in your check in time. When we arrived, there was a male behind a podium (not the check in desk) that gave our family the most unwelcoming stare. This just felt very uncomfortable. Overall, great location, but staff could be friendlier and rooms could be cleaner!

Would not choose again, other than location.

It was an average stay, but would not choose to stay again for the price paid. Some staff very friendly, some not so much. Pool was crazy crowded with an abundance of adults in their street shoes drinking and allowing their kids free reign. Pool bathroom was kinda gross. Spare blankets had holes. We are use to having rooms with microwaves. They had a shared floor microwave which was really gross. Asked to heve them clean it, while went shopping. Came back, it was cleaned, but when they called us back, they lied and said it wasnt dirty, but rather had a burn stain. It had caked on food. Not a stain. So was a lie. Lots of little irritants. So i rate it as an average stay. But have had better stays at less expensive hotels.

I’ve been staying at this hotel as long as I came to visit Richmond. This time I am quite disappointed with the check-in staff. He didn’t give me a complete guidance about parking, gym hours, WiFi until I prompted the questions to him. However, the room is clean and spacious.

We booked this because it's across the street from Aberdeen centre and pretty central if you want to tour around Richmond. Other than the one night with the planes being noisy (bring earplugs and you'll be fine) it was quiet. One elevator was broken the few days we stayed there but not an issue. Sofa bed was not the most comfortable but expected.

Stayed at Radisson a number of times over the years but unfortunately I'll be thinking twice next time. Dated, older building. Very noisy with air traffic and Sea Train. Not "sound proof" at all... I stayed at the Radisson blue many times in Minneapolis at the mall of America near the airport. The planes fly right over the hotel and you can't even hear the noise so I guess I was expecting the same here.
