The service and workers are very attentive. I felt as if the hotel could be kept up with more because of old and unclean bathrooms and the fact that the rooms share a door with the pool. This added noice and caution as to who could access the room.

Not worth the money you save

This hotel is absolutely disgusting! The health department should come in and shut it down. We were in town for a dance competition, it was me and my two daughters 15&1. When we first arrived I noted that the outside doors did not lock, this was a pretty big concern, traveling alone with kids. The first room we were given was subpar at first glance but I figured for the price it was what it was, we went to comp and grabbed some disinfectant on the way back. As we went to climb into bed there were dirty hand prints and blood on the sheets, I called the desk and they gave us a new room on the second floor, after packing everything up and getting to our new room and making it past what appeared to be someone living under the stairs; it was again gross but the kids were exhausted and it was only a two night stay. There was chipped paint everywhere the walls were stained the bathroom was atrocious and thank god I didn’t see the condition of the mattress before the end of our stay or I probably would have lost my cool. This stay is definitely not worth the cheaper price. I wish we would have just commuted each day. Also the pool was green with a layer of some kind of scum on the top of it and was filled with children in regular diapers.

A Management Issue:

The room has a back door which leads to the swimming pool. It has been unlocked and anyone from the pool area can enter the room easily without having noticed. The door security lock is broken as well. The wake up call was forgotten. The establishment needs some attention.

For the price, it was actually worth it. Breakfast was very convenient and basic but had everything we needed. Just wish the carpet was cleaner in the hallways and the room. The dark color of the carpet made me not trust it because you couldn’t tell if it was clean .

Not the best stay

When we got there we had to wait 30 minutes to check in because the front desk attendant was missing. We rented 2 rooms, one of which was for 2 nights the other only night and were very disappointed overall. Rooms are advertised to have tubs but yet they don’t work. They also don’t have shower mats for safety and because of this my son fell and was hurt. The manager did comp 1 room for 1 night over this matter. Breakfast is a bit lacking as you get a breakfast sandwich, cereal or have to wait to use the toaster or waffle maker as they only have 1 of each. As much as I appreciate thinking my room was clean but you dumping a bottle of chemicals to make the room smell clean doesn’t make it so. Maybe next time take the actual time to clean it. The floors were sticky and dirty. The caulk along the tub was black and gross. The mirrors had splatter and streaks all over it. The room with the chemical smell even had the previous guests soap still on the shower. I’m really glad we booked the way we did that way I didn’t have to stay in that second room a second night. And we had a “Clean” shower to use with our other room. There was good to this hotel, the shower (that we did use) does have great water pressure and gets nice and hot. The pool was honestly the better part of the stay. The outside “garden” to sit and relax or bbq was a nice touch as well. But the best part was Lily, she was so kind and helpful in anyway she could considering her limitations of what she’s provided.

This was absolutely a one and done for me. Staff member at the counter was not very friendly at all. The television in the room did not work properly, the cable kept freezing. I ended up watching amazon prime videos on my phone. Also the hairdryer that was attached to the wall in the bathroom did not work. I saw two random bugs in the bathroom as well. The rooms as a whole need some TLC. I will not be back.

The property is actually at 200 Wolf road not at 170. Although the staff were trying to be helpful, the place is dirty, noisy and smelly. First room had a broken toilet with water keeps running and it was smoky even if it was non smoking room. The entire hallway in the first floor was smell like someone is smoking. There is no elevator: you need to walk up to the second floor. The room we ended up staying was also dirty and filty, I wanted to leave but the room was already paid.. If I knew the hotel's condition, I would not have come.

property in excellent condition and good security conditions. I didn't like the idea of guests with dogs roaming freely around the property especially in the dining room areas and in this stay a guest's dog had messed in the property!!!
