Upon arrival, I was initially confused as I was not aware that there were no staff present on site and that the check-in process was entirely self-service. While this information may have been included in the booking email, I feel the hotel could improve clarity by highlighting this detail in capital letters, as the absence of staff was quite confusing at first. Despite the unusual start, my communication with 'Brad @ Reception' via text /call was excellent. Responses were prompt and extremely efficient, providing the support I needed. The room itself was lovely, and the location was great, which contributed positively to my stay. The complimentary snacks were very well received, thank you. Although I was initially unsettled by no on-site staff, having become familiar with the self-check-in system now and emergency ‘guest key’ availability, I would definitely choose to stay here again.
