This is an older property and while the condition was okay it was rather run down and feeling like it had not been updated in years and years. The inside of the room was ok with some updates. I’d recommend staying at a newer property.

Really amazingly clean room! I've been in 4 star hotels that didn't have rooms that clean. The bed was INSANELY comfortable. It's older, outside especially shows the wear and tear. There's nothing but a nook off the lobby for breakfast. But there's a Starbucks just 1 minute away. Ironic how there's signs everywhere that the hotel is a non-smoking facility, but the lobby had the distinct reek of cigarettes coming from the back rooms. It's an outside access hotel, and there's only one lock for the door, which I did not like at all. It did not feel secure enough. Especially for an outside access room. The walls have very little sound proofing. Which could create an awkward situation, especially if you've got kids.

Very pleasant stay. The inn is conveniently located - both off the beaten path, but close to attractions and amenities. It was about a 10-minute walk to the main business area and a couple minutes walk the other direction to groceries and coffee. Less than five minute drive from ferry dock. My suite was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen area. Breakfast had lots of choices. Comfortable bed, good water pressure -- what more do I need? Thank you for a great stay.

Property is rundown and in disrepair. Facilities are dated and need to be refreshed. Cabinets were rotted out and exposed and needed to point it out to the desk clerk Ellie who had taken my credit card for incidentals. She was rude without reason, and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this hotel

Room was super clean! The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were soft. The Wi-Fi connected easily, the front desk people were extremely helpful and friendly! The Continental breakfast was also great with the selection of cereals, waffles, breads and even frozen foods! I would definitely book another night's day at this quality inn in the future.

The room itself was great; comfy bed, warm room, black out curtains, quiet. Getting into the room was another matter; it was raining and the water running off the 2nd story walk ran down like a waterfall in front of our room. We had to rush through, getting soaked in the process. No decaf coffee in the room or the breakfast area and none available. The coffee dispenser machine was broken and did not offer hot water for cocoa — desk manager said it had just been worked on. No toaster, though there was a waffle maker. Checkout was quick since we had prepaid. Rain had stopped so we didn’t have a waterfall to walk through when leaving in the morning.
