Quaint spot in town

Excellent space, very thoughtful. Enjoyed the Sauna, steam and plunge pool facilities. That really added extra value in our stay here.

Newly renovated top to bottom. Double Queen room is a little snug, but clean and quiet. Pool are is fantastic, they have a cold plunge, two hot tubs, a sauna, and a steam room. Location is great, super walkable everywhere. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

Recently updated hotel with good sized room and storage space. Bathrooms were super comfortable. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pool/jacuzzi/cold plunge/steam/sauna area was really enjoyable and was a real highlight for this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The water spa was incredible- best facility that I have ever experienced at a hotel. Modern, impeccably clean, all the options you want- pool, sauna, cold plunge, steam room, private cabana area, drink service. Just excellent! Marc J, the Manager, was so welcoming and friendly. He even helped us book dinner reservations for the following night. The restaurant next door , The Fat Ox, had delicious food- had GF pasta with elk bolognese sauce!! Sooooo good. Thank you to the staff at The Kenrick!!

Not worth the price

The room and the hotel was not worth paying $879.55 per night. The bathroom was tiny, the sinks were on the outside. Overall the room did not feel luxurious at all, their service wasn’t great either. The location is good and the pool was okay.

First of all, how is this not the highest rated hotel in Banff? At the price point, this place is incredible. I understand if you like a dusty old chalet style lodge, but that’s not for everyone. Staff were incredible and accommodating, underground parking included, everything was meticulously clean, and no detail was spared in the cohesive aesthetic of this amazing location. The hydrotherapy area was top notch, rivaling many paid spa experiences elsewhere. I will recommend to friends, and I will be back for sure!

They had a remodel that was finished earlier in the year of 2025 so it is rated higher. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Clean and in a very good place so it was handy to downtown

With a coffin sized bathroom like that , i wonder if you really need my opinion on the room . It was so small it kept me wondering who did this a freelance architecture student or a bad contractor because no way a true architect who knows dimensions and space usability would have ever done this . Washing basin in the room but not in the bathroom because the hotel is luxurious like that … A bathroom door that would close only if you stand in the shower that’s how tight the bathroom is. And lets not forget the noise at 2AM that would wake you up because you dont really need to sleep as they are still building the hotel and thats more important than your sleep that you have paid for.

Very quiet and peaceful despite current renovation.Our room 2beds with a mountanview was overall great design. Although our bathroom space was small and tight squeeze for the toilet bowl and door. Aircon worked. Love the bedsheets and firm beds. Nespresso was a great help us wake us up with great coffee as I watch from the balcony. Parking was good though small for entrance with our 2025 SUV rental. We missed the pool and spa as it was closed not to open til June 25. Kudos to the staff. Front manager Mark was super nice and accommodating from the start. He even showed me the pool under construction as was advertised in the website. He gave us our Roam bus tickets as complimentary .The Hotel was close to almost anything so the location was perfect. The fat Ox served us breakfast that was so great. I highly recommend this hotel hoping that the pool and spa opens to the guest

Hotel novíssimo, com poucas semanas de uso. Super bem localizado no melhor ponto de Banff. Instalações super confortáveis, modernas e de bom gosto. Dois pontos a melhorar: o chuveiro é ruim (sai pouca água, um sacrifício lavar cabelo longo) e o restaurante indicado pelo hotel (The Fat Ox) é péssimo (me serviram frango cru) e caro. Recomendo muito.
