Great room terrible view

Great check in experience and loved that you get freshly roasted coffee for a pour over carafe in your room. We also made use of the landry facilities and the hot pool. The room was great but my only frustration was , for the cost of the resort, I didnt feel it was clear how far our hotel block was from the reception nor that we would be totally overlooked by an adjacent room. There was zero view and when i asked for an alternative i was told there were none

Fresh and Welcoming

We were really happy with our stay. Super comfy, quiet and tastefully renovated rooms with a delicious restaurant in the lobby. On site parking was easily accessed from our room and there was no additional nightly parking cost. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay! I’m enjoying a wonderful time with my family. They offer personalized tea or coffee every day. The price is a bit high in July and August, but it’s worth it.

This property is in a beautiful location. We had a wonderful room with mountain views all around! My family loved our room. The bathroom was wonderful with high quality products (Rocky Mountain Soaps!). Although one of the last hotels on the edge of Banff downtown, it is conveniently located to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and walking trails. The Roam bus pass was offered for duration of our stay (kids ride free), with stops just outside the hotel! Wonderful in room coffee, tea selections and hot chocolate. The restaurant on-site also had great coffee and delicious grab and go breakfasts. Their dine-in options were just as delicious. After a long day, soaking in their hot tub overlooking the Rockies was spectacular! The only complaint I have is really the cleanliness and noise level in the hot pool areas and our bathrobes had some wear (holes). There were children yelling/eating in the hot tub/sauna areas. The on site washer/dryer were amazingly convenient with detergent and dryers sheets for purchase however, because there were only two sets of machines, some individuals with several loads, took them all and left their things in there for a long time even after their loads were done. Nonetheless, (despite the lack of respect for the property of some visitors), we thought this place was wonderful! Perhaps a “”quiet area” and “no eating” in the hot tub/sauna area; adding more washing/drying machines, a table for convenience and sofa/lounge chair while waiting too.
