This was such a pleasant surprise. The entire staff, reception, housekeeping, bartenders, wait staff, and baristas were all very friendly and attentive. The property is new, modern, very eco-friendly, and clean. The restaurant surpassed expectations, excellent food, creative cocktails, and the best happy hour.

This was our second time staying here in the last 2 months. We love it! This time we tried the restaurant onsite - Sudden Sally and it was the best breakfast we've had in Banff! My family and I had so much fun staying there as it gives comfy and family friendly hotel to stay in. We are happy how accessible parking slots to our room. And also their hot pools were amazing very nice to dip in while the weather is wintry.

Excellent choice. Great place to stay in banff. The mountain view room is totally worth it. The hot pool is a great alternative to the banff hot springs which is overly crowded.

At check in they offered you a selection of different teas or coffees to make in your room they even had creamers or different bottles of milks to add to your coffee. They even had hot chocolate! Just a nice little extra touch! The rooftop, Hot tub and sauna are amazing! Nice to look at the North American at Norquay and Mount Rundle while relaxing in the nice hot water after a day of skiing. It was also nice they give you a transit pass for Banff, so you can just park your car and take the bus if you don’t feel like walking, it’s not that far but nice if you’re tired or in a hurry. The staff is very friendly! We will be back!
