The resort was magnificent but my breakfast was undercooked and it took 25 minutes because they forgot to make it for a new breakfast our server was fantastic and didn't charge us anything for the breakfast

We absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in a king room on the 7th floor and the rooms was spotless and so well decorated. We loved the fireplace and the gorgeous view of the mountain range in the morning. We didn’t want to leave! We also loved the hot pools in the evening and the sauna. We will definitely stay her again. We visit Banff often and usually try to stay really close to the Main Street downtown and this hotel is a bit further out than we’d like, but honestly, the extra walk is SO worth it.
