The mountain view king room had the most amazing view and a huge balcony. The ladies at the reception desk were so kind and knowledgeable. Easy check-in and check-out. The roof top hot tubs are awesome!

Wonderful time - beautiful view, very clean and comfortable, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We love the Jolene's tea with our room and, even though there's not much in the immediate area, the hotel provided transit pass for the day!

From the room and the view, to the front desk service and room service, nothing but exceptional and spectacular. We didn't get a chance to dine-in at the hotels restaurant, but the place was always busy, so it has to be a good place to eat, Sudden Sally. Would highly recommend Hotel Canoe and Suites to friends and family. Would definitely stay there again, next time in Banff.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom. We had a room overlooking the hot tub area. Our blinds were nice and thick to maintain privacy while in the room. My only complaint was no water bottles in the room. The tap water was quite salty and not ideal for drinking. Went to the vending machine and it was completely empty for every beverage, so assuming others also experienced the same thing. Lots of towels available in the hot tub area! Beautiful view. Wish we had the option of paying more for a higher level room for the mountain view (which we were already payng extra for) as the first level which we stayed on had a partially obstructed view of the mountains by the hut over the fireplace.
