Staff are friendly and super efficient. The lift made an horrendous noise when moving. Air con/heating unit in the room made a huge bang noise at regular intervals even through the night. Rooms need some serious TLC.

Breakfast was lovely just a shame there wasnt fried eggs but saying that scrambled eggs were lovely, banging sausage and bacon, room was excellent massive comfy bed only down fall the toilet roll was poo (pardon the pun) literally the bathroom door blew my mind, will definitely stay here again

Check in was good, staff helpful and efficient, our room was ok, terrible view and Smelt of cigarette smoke and the carpet seems outdated but bathroom and beds clean, basic but only 1 night so served a purpose. Really liked the free cup of tea / coffee / hot chocolate machine at reception , and car park very reasonably priced for the hours of stay Hotel great location, easy walk to the utilitia stadium and bullring, overall good value hotel

Comfortable room with plenty of space…hadn’t realised the car park would be extra and because I was attending a conference at NEC, it was literally only in the car park from 6pm till 8am
