Overall it is a fine place. Close to ocean access and in a quite neighborhood. We had a few issues getting in and minor repairs (loose door knobs, no pizza pan, lock box difficult to open) but we weren’t there to spend a lot of time in the room. We would rent again. Love the location

vacation at Hickory View Drive N0 street sign into the area house sign was difficult to see

there were pans in the stove that were unassembled with no screw driver to assemble them

Everything was great, price, accuracy and best of all - location. The beach access was literally across the street.

Cute 2bedroom at Bonita Beach

Other than a brief issue with ants the place was nice. The "single" car parking was a problem for us. Parking is the only thing that would prevent me from renting again. Either I missed this is the listing or I found out too late.
