Lovely place next to the station and bus stop right at front. A few minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by quirky and colourful shops and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

It was a convenient location. The room was large but there was rubbish under the bed and the bathroom air vent was filthy. The double bed was 2 singles put together with a very uncomfortable ridge down the centre so I slept poorly. It wasn't cheap so very poor value for money.

It was an old hotel, feels dated. We had an issue trying to sign up to the loyalty programme and were made to wait for the email for too long, i never received the email. The staff member was eventually helpful and sorted early check in for us. It was noisy when we first tried to sleep at 10:30 but this stopped an hour later maybe. Only had 3 pillows between 2 of us.

Basic room , it was laid out for someone with disabilities , no sockets near the bed , had to charge phones etc some way away ! It’s convenient for the station , it doesn’t compare to a holiday inn express or premier inn which are in the same market

Love supreme festival and oysters by the sea

Location is excellent, bed comfey, shower good, Very basic no thrills accomodation . Didnt have breakfast but it didnt look good value as you have great cafes in the area for less. We were here for a festival so 5 mins walk from festival bus stop and 15 mins to sea front.

Awful check in experience. Had a number of rooms booked to be told the hotel didn’t have enough rooms for everyone and we couldn’t redistribute those people to other rooms. Service was bad, everyone seemed like they hated their jobs. Bed are a little small but comfortable. Fine if you want a quick stay.

Poor meal experience .Having ordered a curry , I did not receive the rice or naan bread .I had to ask at the front reception for the missing items . On the plus side the breakfast was nice . Bedroom at the front was noisy , claims to be noise proofed .

Excellent value for money and so close to rail station, my mode of transport for the visit. Soon came to terms with a walk downhill to coast, bus back up. Some splendid hostelries around to people watch. Good weather also helped

I stayed in room 310 and it was clean and smelled fresh. The room was bright and even though it was overlooked by a building it seemed like an office so was fine for a weekend. The bathroom had enough room but it did feel a bit like an airline bathroom as it was like one big plastic cocoon but I was fine with that because it was clean. The car park was full when i arrived at 3pm Saturday, im guessing it was more busy because of the good weather. But by the time i did a circuit around the one way, loads of people were leaving and we got a space with no problem. To register your car, you tap in your reg when you get to hotel and the discounted rate for 24 hours was £20.40 The staff were helpful and friendly. I had breakfast from the buffet, toast poached egg, sausage and beans and it was good quality Its a great hotel if you need a convenient location.

Overall we had a good stay here, however, don’t rely on the parking. It’s a small multi-story and it was full the day we went. There is an NCP car park the next road down which is larger and still walkable to the hotel.
