Great location & good customer service

The customer service was great! Rooms were clean and hotel breakfast was really nice. Ideal location being right by the train station. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back!

Really friendly helpful welcome. Kept my bags while I parked my car. Told me about the parking discount straight away. Room really clean and compact. Nice social bar. Can eat in or take to your room. Great location 15 mins walk to the beach. Breakfast excellent loads of choice.

More of a clean hostel next to the train station

Excellent location right next to the train station. Everything you need on paper but the most basic hotel I have ever stayed in that was not classed a hostel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice big room which was surprisingly quiet. Discounted parking available a couple of mins away and proximity to the station make this a great option for business travel. Also the breakfast is good.

Substandard stay

On first appearance the room looked tidy. However there was a big puddle on the floor by the kettle. The sofa had stains on it. The window ledge had black mould near the ends The mattress topper was smaller than the mattress. The duvet was smaller than the mattress topper-not long enough. The bed creaked every time I moved. I did let the staff know when I checked out and was offered a coffee…and then a breakfast. I didn’t take either. Definitely not worth the price I was charged. Also only 2 teabag sachets in the room?

Room was okay, small but no safe in the room or phone to call down to front desk. Also heater wasnt working in my room and they were fully booked so couldnt move me to another room, gave me a tiny space heater but that was a bit inconvenient. Overall okay hotel.
