The bath/shower was filthy. Bath was black with scum and mould. Rooms were clean, sheets fresh but carpet was stained. Sorry, won’t be going back again.

I am absolutely appalled at the service at the Best Western Gregory Terrace. I arrived and my booking had been cancelled. I had no where else to stay and they could not accommodate me as they were fully booked. The manager was rude and I will never be going back there again.

Liked. Right in the city . Close to buses , not far from trains. Not liked. Microwave not included in the fee. No kitchenette. A bit on the old side.
